Refund policy
✱ Cancellation of Order To notify via our Whatsapp number at least 72h prior to the delivery date & time. We will not be able to refund orders and will proceed to deliver if the notification is made less than 72h.
✱ Strictly no returns or refunds once the frozen products have left our facility.
✱ Returns/Refunds All will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The following reasons (non-exhaustive) for returns/refunds will not be allowed; My dog does not like the taste (Pls order smaller quantities at the start :)) The food does not look aesthetically pleasing (It tastes better than it looks ;) The food has to be grinded to prevent picky dogs from removing parts of it) I changed my mind after receiving the items (Sorry we cannot do exchanges due to hygiene reasons)
