Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery for orders $60 and above.
  • For orders below $60, a $10 delivery fee applies.
  • We do not deliver to Jurong Island, off-shores island and high-security facilities.

Your Order

Your order will be shipped in 2-3 working days. A mobile notification will be sent to you 1 day before the delivery.

✱ Rescheduling of Order

To notify via our Whatsapp number at least 48h prior to the delivery date > time. We will not be able to refund orders and will proceed to deliver if the notification is made less than 48h.

✱ Missed Deliveries

If a wrong address is given, or no one was around to receive the parcel, a $20 re-delivery fee will be incurred.

✱ Leaving Parcels at Your Door

Authorisation to the courier can be given only via Whatsapp or SMS. The courier will call before arriving, please send a message to the courier immediately to authorise him to leave it at the door. We cannot be responsible for deliveries that are stolen. We also do not encourage such methods as this will affect the hygiene of the food if it is left out for too long at room temperature. As such, we will not be liable if the food is contaminated.

✱ Incorrect Items Delivered

If incorrect goods are delivered, kindly notify us as soon as possible at +65 8561 8328 (valid within 24 hours). The goods must be unopened in its original packaging and kept in a frozen state.

Refunds & Cancellations

✱ Cancellation of Order

To notify via our Whatsapp number at least 72h prior to the delivery date & time. We will not be able to refund orders and will proceed to deliver if the notification is made less than 72h.

✱ Strictly no returns or refunds once the frozen products have left our facility.

✱ Returns/Refunds

All will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

The following reasons (non-exhaustive) for returns/refunds will not be allowed;

  • My dog does not like the taste (Pls order smaller quantities at the start :))

  • The food does not look aesthetically pleasing (It tastes better than it looks ;) The food has to be grinded to prevent picky dogs from removing parts of it)

  • I changed my mind after receiving the items (Sorry we cannot do exchanges due to hygiene reasons)

Subscription

✱ When you subscribe, you will be charged and your order will repeat.

- 1 month frequency: on the same date of every month.

- Bi-weekly frequency, every 14 days

✱ There is no minimum commitment period or lock-in. You can cancel anytime. All you need to do is log into your account to cancel or edit details such as your next delivery date, order quantity, payment method, shipping address etc.

✱ You can cancel the subscription easily with immediate effect from your account. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us, and we'll cancel it for you with 1 business day.
